By FAR the most important. 10. I train HARD. I keep busy. I'm usually exhausted by the end of the day. Deadlifts have a funny way of making you want to be horizontal. Most nights, I could sleep on concrete.

9. Most nights I'll have my AirPods in on noise-cancel, and I'll listen to a low-energy, monotone podcast on low volume. Usually Lex Fridman. It keeps my attention slightly, but not so much that I can't sleep. Hopefully the AirPods aren't frying my brain.

8. Most nights I'll wear a nose strip to open my nostrils and allow for easier breathing. It makes a difference. I use Breathe Right (Extra Strength) strips. Green & blue package. They're in most stores.

5. I sleep in only underwear to stay cool. No socks because I'm not a psycho. 6. Brush yo damn teeth. 7. Most nights I'll wear an eyemask. Mine is called "MZOO Sleep Eye Mask" on Amazon. Super comfy and 20 bucks.

3. Keep lights in house dim an hour or so prior to sleep. 4. Set phone brightness to lowest setting an hour or so prior to sleep. Ideally, minimal tech use as well. but we know how hard that is.

10 Actions I Take to Optimize Sleep 😴👇.(Actions you've surely heard of, but perhaps haven't executed on) . 1. Cool room. AC on. Fan on. 2. Bedroom as dark as possible. If you watch TV to fall asleep, set a Sleep Timer so the TV eventually turns off.
