Is there a way to get real @klaviyo support. The ticket responses are awful and the live chat they keep disconnecting me once they realize I have an actual hard problem for them to address.

#shopify #hydrogen we're running a headless store, so custome rpath looks like shopify (for cms)->hydrogen for product add to cart experience->redirect to shopify checkout. UTM tags are not being recorded in shopify. Any ideas? (NOT shopify+).

Loving @dhh weekly tear down of big cloud! As someone who got a start in web hosting, worked for a hosting company early in my career, and still manages many cloud and bare metal instances, there is no such thing as "cloud". It's simply someone else's computer.

Does @wpengine realize since their move to google cloud, sites suffer from sporadic 503s. This is across all of our managed clients who have opted to use their service. This also applies to @HeyFlywheel modern infrastructure which I believe it using the same WPE architecture.
