Exercise alone doesn't lead to major weight loss. You can’t out exercise a bad diet. Combining exercise with a healthy diet is the best approach for weight loss and overall well-being.

If you had to choose one what would you rather shame? 1. A pill backed by a multinational corporation. Or 2. A person. As far as I can see critical psychiatry chooses option 1 and gets called hateful for it. What a load of nonsense. It’s a chemical pill it doesn’t have feelings

When should you use a , before an and? False (hehe): I’d like to thank my parents, Ann Rynd and God. Correct: I’d like to thank my parents, Ann Rynd, and God.

I’ve seen chaotic lives become organized in a month. I’ve seen forgetful people build reminders that never fail. I’ve seen messy desks turn into clean workflows. People build structure for what they care about.

In a feminist age that rejects paternal authority, is the ‘loving father’ model of morality becoming toxic? The belief that if you follow the rules and do right by others, society will reward and protect you.

Maybe the real challenge for me is learning to exercise rights without abandoning responsibility.

But for me, asserting rights can feel uncomfortably close to a sense of victimhood. I find it difficult to sit with my limits and vulnerability. So my instinct is to develop myself instead - to become stronger and less exposed.

I often think about rights and responsibilities. I tend to focus on responsibilities, but I’m realising something important - rights that aren’t exercised can eventually disappear. Still prefer to build up credit and trust by taking up my responsibilities and being accountable.

Being dismissed with ad hominem attacks is kinda sad. But being entertaining is a central part of great advocacy.
