When bread's on the menu for me, it's always fresh and free of supermarket additives and preservatives. Skipping those helps avoid digestive issues, allergies, and inflammation. Baking was new to me not long ago, but it's a simple, hands-on activity worth the time at home.

This loaf wasn’t all perfect, some slices had a larger hole in them. The good thing about baking bread is, even when it doesn’t work out exactly as planned, it still tastes great. #bread #baking #homemadebread
