Must provide your signed rental/leasing agreement, all bills must be moved over in your name at new residence, THEN a proof of change on driver's license. Transferring in Georgia just went up 5 more levels..
NEWS: The GHSA is clamping down on transfers, making athletes who transfer more than once after their freshman season ineligible for an entire year. They will also require all schools to provide documentation of incoming transfers to prove they made a bona fide move. (Via AJC)
