I’m amazed at how many great players talk about growing up playing golf on a golf course as much as possible learning how to score. Golfers nowadays just want to stand in a building and make a pretty swing. Tell me your score, not how pretty your swing is.

I really struggle with fact that kids are working really hard to get a college scholarship for golf and they are playing region high school tourneys from 5100 yards (girls) and 6200 yards (boys). It’s not fair for kids and it’s not fair for college coaches.
