Well thanks @CanonUSA - I sent my lens out for just an image stabilization issue. Comes back LENS SHATTERED. In fairness this is likely a @FedEx shipping issue. But damn. Canon needs to have this replaced. No if buts questions. Replace it. And they’re closed right now. UGH.
