Joined March 2024
2025 has been a rough year for me, and that’s an understatement. I have accumulated failure after failure, without much success. Here’s my list of losses: - Didn’t reach 1,000 subscribers on YouTube - Didn’t reach 1,000 followers on Medium - Didn’t reach 1,000 X Followers -

Disrespect shouldn't be tolerated. Walk away. Call it out. Set the standard. It's uncomfortable, but choosing the comfort of "keeping the peace" erodes your confidence to 0.

I felt frustrated and clicked off from the account, but once I realized what was happening, I went back. I removed the blindfold. I looked. And I learned. Had I not, I wouldn’t have a list of ideas to implement and clarity for what’s already working. It was hard, but

It’s an uncomfortable thought to admit, but it’s one I have to confront if I want to grow. The question I asked above isn’t bad; it’s one we should ask ourselves to learn from others. But when we do so from a place of envy, we stop there, and we don’t actually look for the

You need an activity for rest that isn't scrolling: - Take a walk - Meditate - Journal Do nothing, and that's more rest than scrolling will ever provide.

On the 1st Monday of January, my gym was packed. Today, my gym was nearly empty. I love seeing people attack their goals, so this sight made me sad. But it's a good reminder that motivation is fleeting, and relying on it leads nowhere.

Fake friends: - Exclude you - Talk poorly of you - Bring you down Real friends: - Include you - Talk highly of you - Raise you up A small circle of real friends will always be better than a large circle of fake friends.

When long-term goals seem impossible. Short-term pleasures are more inviting. Self-belief is how you fight back.

It's not about being everywhere at once. But being in the right places. For work - It's in the path of 1 goal while doing more of the actions that actually move you forward. For relationships - It's in the room with people you can trust, grow with, and bring you peace. For

Be a kid again. The limitations. The fears. The doubts. All came from other people. But what do they know? It's their first time living as well. Unlearn what they told you. Dream like a kid - and see what's really possible.

Your focus is like a river. It's strongest when there's only 1 path to flow. It's weakest when it's split into 100 different paths.
