Therapy🤔… Well, maybe it didnt directly help me with being unable to speak, but managing anxiety and being out of the very stressful environment i was in, although it was still bad for 3-4 years after 💭🌸🎠 is how ive been able to manage it~

I think telling my sister about my BIID has made her really upset. She doesn’t fully understand it and is worried for me, i think she cried for me the other day and i feel so guilty. i love her and i feel guilty for moving out and leaving her 🌸 :-(
