For me i’ve found when i restrict my cals at 800-1500 it supports my metabolism which speeds up from exercising, and prevents me from feeling the need to binge.

Since I have a higher calorie res, I need to support it with a higher workout intake. I try to burn a minimum of 6-700 cals a day, usually ending my day around 900-1000.

my honeymoon phase was when i lost my

My workout is one mile (110 cals)
Then i continue with a lower body and core workout. I love this app, it tells you how many cals you burn so you can track even if you don’t have a fitness watch!!
