The first of our Seasonal Collaborations for 2025, our Spring Beer which is actually our ANZAC Biscuit Ale by @pilotbeeruk but will cocoa nibs and vanilla added. Chocolate, coconut and vanilla? Sounds like a Lamington cake!

This Friday we are launching our Spring Beer. We've made a twist with our ANZAC Ale with @pilotbeeruk. We took a portion of the brew & made a new beer by dipping it in chocolate and we've created the Lamington Ale. A butter Sponge cake, dipped in chocolate and rolled in coconut.
