Another fresh crack. This cigar batch from @ShortBBourbon is freakin’ outstanding. It drinks every bit of the 115 proof. Nice heat throughout and deeply complex. Tons of oak and leather, candied cherries, molasses, etc. The finish doesn’t seem to end it’s SO long.

A local @kroger single barrel from Good Times and fresh crack for this Friday night. Didn’t we all grow up eating Neapolitan ice cream? This is almost as if someone melted Neapolitan ice cream, mixed with bourbon, and extracted the dairy component. Chocolate notes dominate. The

Grabbed a Larceny Barrel Proof at @Costco yesterday. This one is higher proof (125) than the one I bottled myself at @heavenhill. Doesn’t drink nearly as hot as a 125 proof bourbon. The wheat notes shine through and bring a nice sweetness to this one. Very smooth and easily
