I went to the service center twice, but they said they can’t do anything because my earphones are out of warranty..

Timeline: 🔸 Last replacement — July–Aug 2025 🔸 Warranty expired — 27 Sept Issue reappeared before expiry, but service centers were closed for Durga Puja. Support assured help (even a coupon for upgrade). After Puja? ❌ “Out of warranty.” ❌ “No coupon policy.”

Clearly not a one-off defect...this is a QC failure And it’s not just me Plenty of users online have reported the same battery imbalance issue, yet @nothingindia hasn’t acknowledged it publicly How is this still not addressed after multiple firmware updates and product batches?

⚠️ The Problem: Uneven battery life... the left earbud drains faster not lasting more than 40-50 min...stops charging beyond 85–90%, and the backup becomes totally inconsistent. Every replacement unit behaves the same way within 3 months.

After 3 replacements in a year, I’ve realized one thing... @nothing’s customer service is truly living up to its name. My ₹14,000 Nothing Ear (2024) has the same issue every time, and it’s getting ridiculous.
