couldve had the GA tickets on the 16th had the process been explained in full transparency & thoroughly. why tell us about it being upgrades two hours into the presale when GA tickets sold out for shows? @madisonbeerhq

and no GA tickets for the two presales today because of this mess. honestly im so beyond frustrated with how messy this presale process has been
