I have completely offset all the costs of my lighting project by selling lamps and doing lighting installs. My original goal with this project was to build an offline lighting system for myself and pay for all of it with revenue from lamp sales and that's exactly what happened

The RBMK as a concept was actually pretty cool. Low enrichment, but no heavy water required, and no RPV, making manufacturing easier

SMRs exist and operate daily despite what most people think. The Russian model for civilian, commercial deployment of SMRs should be at the very least copied by Western nations if they want to have any maritime relevance in the future. Google "Project 22220 icebreaker"

Do you want a cheap place to live in Berkeley for the next year? I am looking for someone to take over my lease at my apartment in Berkeley. It's close to public transit and a 5 minute walk from the UC campus. 1100/mo. Lease expires June 1 2026. dm if interested.
