Dinner twice this week. The reality of being #celiac while traveling 😞.Food allergies like my auto-immune disease are invisible and often not respected. In a world designed by those more able, visible & convenient it’s a battle for those “less able” & “inconvenient” every day.

I’ve had delayed flights before, but this is the 1st time a captain refused people to board because a dispatcher is missing. Ground crew said they’ve been doing this task themselves, due to #covid. Now I wonder if I prefer a stubborn procedure-driven captain over losing time 🤷♀️.
