on the linguistic side, jenjaem is more comfortable to say rather than jaemjen. jen ends with an n (tongue moves forward) transitioning smoothly to letter j (starting letter of jaem), try saying it the other way and it doesn't feel right. this is what we call phonotactics.
reminder thatβs itβs called jnjm because jn is older so his name would be placed first. thatβs normally how it is. it was like that with djj and tts. it has nothing to do with t/b dynamics, and if you refuse to use the official unit name just bc of that, please touch grass.
