1st #RichmondBC public hearing since my council reelection. Packed chambers w/ mostly Azure neighbours. After listening to residents directly affected I voted against 3/5. Cook Rd: more rental density options & trees, Azure Rd: more aff housing & trees, Chevron: pollution & trees

Thanks to Michael Wolfe I can retire. I told him years ago I couldn't retire until he was elected. He has worked hard, his first term in office, & I am pleased with the role he has played. I am confident he will play a major role in #RichmondBC's future during these trying times

Last weekend's tour around #RichmondBC included a stop at the @sharingfarm #Garlicfest, the #SturgeonBanks to survey a marine spill, discovery of a juvenile #DungenessCrab at low tide, & survey recently approved tree removal near #ShelterIslandMarina, that I opposed. #FraserRiver
