CT has the opportunity to do the funniest thing if these snow bands cooperate.
Unfortunately I do not see any significant snows in NYC from this storm. Jackpot is likely to the north of them around SW CT and into the Hudson Valley. Lean low in NYC.

Merry Christmas! Winter storm warnings have been issued. Concerning CT, Fairfield/Litchfield counties may see 5-8 inches of snow, New Haven County may see 5 to 7 inches of snow, which will vary, and Middlesex/Hartford Counties + points east will see 2-4 inches of snow. #ctwx

Considering the upcoming snowstorm, Southern New England, S. NY and PA will be affected by the system. SW CT + areas due west should see 4-8 inches while other areas see anywhere between 2-6 inches. These totals are subject to change, but this will be a nice late x-mas present.

Another look at tomorrow...Remember that 1"-3" means that 1" is just as, or even more likely than 3". With temperatures sort of mild, accumulations will be challenged.

The amount of these AI slop spam channels polluting the tornado niche on YouTube is getting ridiculous. From what I've seen, these channels go through and identify the most popular videos in the niche and then either blatantly copy the scripts from them or feed them into LLMs

I 100% disagree with those railing against using AI to create videos. There is a lot of potential for the use of AI in creating storms and videos as things go forward. It also opens up new lanes for folks who might not be able to “chase” full time or just want to do something
