$SPY plan: anything under 390 is bear territory and they have most pull. Could get occasional squeeze but don’t trust them until we clear 390. Under 380 then 378-373P. Over 382 then 383-385C. We are in a very tricky zone and could snap easily in either direction. Tight stops

For scalping/daytrades, I use the area between 8ema and 20ema as my buy zone on 2 or 5min charts for pullback entries on momentum plays of the day. Exits are based on 20ma, vwap, 4hr & daily support and resistance lines..I also take hod breaks in the morning or after lunch.
