Zach was an incredible voice to learn from + collaborate with during SuperHi Plus. Personally I love presenting, so reviewing this course taught me invaluable lessons on how to restructure my work to improve further. Can't wait to see this out there- congrats @zachgrosser!.

But I’m really proud of what we did and the progress that the creators in the program made + I can’t wait to see it all out there, even if it is sad to now have to watch from the sidelines. I hope to find a way to do more of this in future 💙.

We also communicated with our team across 11 different timezones at the same time, meaning I often held workshops through the night on the other side of the world. It’s crazy to think most of us never met + might never meet. Remote work life 🤷♀️.

And it didn’t make everyone miserable. We had great results + beautiful moments over 6 months! A wedding, a new born, thought provoking important educational content.

But we managed to figure out a program to support 10 creators from honing ideas to launching 10 courses. All with different topics, lengths, mediums, designs, needs, lives - fully remotely, across 8+ timezones.

A highlight of working on (there are a lot) was supporting + learning from so many clever, inspiring educators. From a program perspective it was the most challenging learning experience I’ve ever designed + delivered with my partner in crime @pearmemon 🥹.

I still love social good projects. I still love people. I still love making things that help others believe that they can do things they thought were impossible. I’ll be back once I figure out my next move. Taking some time off to decompress 💙.
