A nice day-out to Kurihama, where the story of Weidman & Sondheim’s Pacific Overtures is set. Even found a signed poster of its recent revival @P_Overtures that we loved, which was co-produced by and will get a transfer to @MenChocFactory this winter with new UK cast.

Our holiday is done. 14 theatre shows, a trip to Downton Abbey (Highclere Castle), and to Amsterdam, also meeting with family and friends. Suitcase is full of memories, theatre programmes and goodies. Hope it’s still under 20kg… Bye London until next time😘

Had great time watching Sweeney Todd @delamartheater in Amsterdam, with Hans Peter Janssens playing the title role. Felt a chill by the clever twist at the ending.

Easter Sunday joy having watched @BakeOffMusical at last, as I was so envious last summer when my in-laws watched it in Cheltenham! It was so much fun and I kept smiling from the start to the end!! @damianhumbley made a lovely single dad with heartwarming songs & dancing!!

Feeling so lucky to have watched the last show of @allegiancebway in London, after seeing it in NY & Tokyo. Each had their own angle but this production used its intimate staging so tactically. Congrats to @GeorgeTakei & the brilliant cast!! Loved catching up w/ @ItsSarioSolomon

Have a showstopping last bake @damianhumbley and the cast of @BakeOffMusical in @Everymanchelt today!🧁 Sadly we couldn't fly from Japan this summer, but my sister-in-law & niece went to see it last week and had so much fun💓 Wishing for a very deserved transfer that we can see!

Just finished watching #KingsOfBroadway, directed by @alexparker91, for 2nd time. Amazing concert! My favourites were beautiful duets from @DickLeFenwick & @debcrowe_parker, and from @LizGoesOn & @damianhumbley ! Also loved Sunday by @sainsburys Choir very much! Congrats to all!
