I think people who hate on oatmeal just don’t realize how filling it is and that it’s a good source of fiber…like yeah it’s 150-160 cals for 1/2 a cup but 1/2 cup of oatmeal is actually quite filling

these fucking suck. the walmart brand sensitive skin ones are so much better but they didn’t have them last time I went and I can’t use normal bandaids bc my skin will get a rash from the adhesive
