Things I learned today: Keyboards do not like cat puke. Cleaning alcohol can solve (almost) anything) I can type without the keycaps (never had any touch typing training so that was the biggest surprise) Mostly just glad the keyboard survived and is functioning again!

Due to moving we are selling a bunch of stuff, including an old chesterfield desk chair. The people on the online marketplace are going crazy for a good deal, we didn’t know these chairs were this wanted!

The new apple music automix is neat but it feels like the music suggestion algorithm has been changed a bit, been skipping songs all day. Loving the new lockscreen though, featuring surprise appearance of my cat😺

Today I watched ‘Flow’ at a special screening in the Amsterdam forest and people brought dogs and they all barked at the animals on the screen. Really cute, fun and somewhat magical

Funny moment from moving past month: Company comes to install kitchen appliances and I want to make sure I could offer them coffee (We don't drink coffee, normally only have instant coffee, borrowed a coffee machine and such) "Would you like coffee?" "Do you have tea perhaps?"

Solar panels are neat, recently had some installed on my house and now my new favorite hobby is checking the graphs each day and watching the power bill go down!

The new workstation isn’t even the latest/greatest. But going from a 1070 to a 4070 should be fun! Granted, we still work only in fullhd for video, our biggest bottleneck in work is storage!

Finishing up some final projects/edits of the year. After these are done I will switch to a newer workstation. My current one has hardware almost 9 years old and it still does everything just fine, so should be interesting to see the performance!
