Only other gripe I had was the game can feel very linear at times. Settings can be hallwayish and while most of the time it is masked well, there is areas that can lack expression due to it. I still really cherish the experience and will remember my times with this game fondly.

The growth of Tidus-Auron and Tidus-Yuna were the major grabs for me. Liked the sphere system, just wish it was a little less breakable thru everyone being able to learn everything. I also felt the difficulty spike in the last 30% was a little too potent on many bosses (2/?).

Final Fantasy 10: 8.75/10 My first time playing a FF game and I am definitely going to play more (9 next). The major strong points of this game for me are the combat as well as the character dynamics (especially the relationship building between different characters) (1/?).

Playing Final Fantasy 10 (first FF ever for me). I obviously have a few gripes, but the emotion is this game is heavy and alot different than what i wouldve perceived a final fantasy game going into it. Really excited to dive more into other installments.

The character development of N alone puts this game's story above others by default. Probably the best Pokémon OST overall (barely beating out gen4 for me). Has a good amount of difficulty too and is now neck-and-neck with platinum for my favorite mainline game.

Pokemon Black/White: 9/10. May be surprising to some that I never played the originals (only played BW2 for gen5), was not disappointed. Best story in a mainline pokemon game for sure & the story give this game an edge over the added enhancements of its sequel imo (1/2)

Paper Mario & The Thousand Year Door: 9.5/10. This game is the best Mario game I've played story-wise & its not even close. 1000% must-play if you love Mario/ the JRPG format and want to see the universe expanded on in ways never really done before or after.

I really loved the 30 day time limit to beat the game. Adds a great extra layer of strategy and time management. Not a fan of Pikmin AI as they really do not like doing what I want them to do 75% of the time. Most of the challenge came from correcting pikmin and not the enemies.

Pikmin: 7.5/10 (finished May 13th, 2024). Having never played a Pikmin growing up and it always being on my bucket list, I was really excited to start. Loved the Pikmin themselves and all of the enemies introduced. (1/2)
