something i hope more people learn and teach their kids is that you have to read the room, look at the landscape; regardless of how good looking, smart, talented, etc you are. YOU ARENT ABOVE CONSEQUENCES . obv the rules adjust depending on who u are/where u are.

So I made it in the last part was just mostly uphill it kicked my ass but I made it.

And I still got at least another mile to go. sometimes this vest is the easiest thing in the world to operate with and other times it's got me questioning how much I really want to live another day.

Why I am literally dying with every step I take if it wasn't for the fact that the majority of my life has been me and excruciating pain struggling to do even simple things like breathe on my own I would have literally laid down on this road and just died this feels awful.

Last two days rucking with the vest about 30 lb I went four and a half and 5 MI and it felt like light work . Right now I am still under three and I feel like this vest is going to drag me to hell.

Man imagine telling someone to follow your lead do what you tell them to trust you completely and sign on to your program but then you don't want to serve them you don't want to communicate you don't want to look out for them and you don't want to sacrifice for the greater good.

Imagine telling someone to invest in you to commit to you to protect you to guide you to serve you but then telling that person they have no control over the situation that you won't listen you're going to do what you want you're going to do what's best that's a liability.

You're going to have very very few suitors and that's exactly what happened if you're a guy who wants to be a leader that's position of service be prepared to put others first .Ladies if they're putting you first be prepared to fall in line.

You're asking for someone to take on full responsibility and give you Max effort with maximum trust while you also tell them what you're not going to do and then you wonder why you can't get what you want it's a trade-off and if you're only willing to take.

Women will say I want you to protect me I want you to guide me I want you to resolve problems I want you to fix problems before they happen I want you to provide for me .But I'm going to do what the f*** I want when the f*** I want if the f*** I want.

Men and women do the same thing just different sides this is for some of them not everyone not all .Men will say I want to run the show I want you on my program I'm the leader I'm the king but then not want to deal with problems communicate or be a real leader or serve.

When the actual reason for the inconsistency is the kids inability or unwillingness to work or more importantly do the right work . It's just that simple.

I said this before I say it again most of the kids are not dedicated to doing the work they need to get the results they want and instead of their parents tell them the truth they lie to them or make excuses for them or outright blame other people for that lack of success.

It's worse than basketball you got kids who aren't training on their own aren't working with trainers aren't playing extra pickup games and all their parents complain about his favoritism and politics and they don't understand why their kids struggling.

Funniest thing in the world to me is having tutored and currently training kids you got parents whose kids miss tons of school don't pay attention in class don't do the homework assignments and the parents are upset their kid is failing of course they are they're not working.
