Linear Speed Contrast🔥 ➡️Heavy Resisted Sprint 10yd ➡️Continuous Hurdle Hop + Broad Jump ➡️Light Resisted Sprint 10yd ➡️Flying 10 w/ 20yd build Athlete goes from one exercise to the next, timed rest to allow for maximum recovery. Athlete completes 3 rounds.

A hip clean is maximally contracting and extending the hip followed by maximally relaxing and flexing the hip. Isn’t that extremely similar to SPRINTING?!?! Sounds pretty sport specific to me.

Two new FRC Exercises we have progressed to: ❌WARNING-this is way harder than it looks❗️ ▪️Hip Flexion holds w/ small circles ▪️Hip Ext. lift off w/ leg curl Speed is the name of the game. Building more active control & strength in hip flexion and extension means more speed!
