something that doesn’t slide around on her back, distributes weight well (doesn’t put pressure on the withers due to the girth), and won’t irritate her skin. Shes extremely comfy bareback so I don’t need anything with crazy padding. Her comfortability is the most important!

Friends!! I am looking for a really good bareback pad! Rina truly only enjoys being ridden bareback these days (it’s literally night and day when it comes to her demeanor bareback vs. with a saddle) so I’m willing to spend the money on a really good pad. Looking for (1/?)

I could cry over how gentle, patient, & careful my mare was today with me. Thought she’d be scared of the crutches & instead she let me lean on her for support & was aware of every step she took around me. I am so lucky to be loved by such an incredible animal like her 🤍

What a magical weekend with my Posie girl 🥹 First time back in the show ring in over a year & this mare brought me home a blue ribbon. To say I’m grateful is an understatement. Last time I brought home a blue was with Rina, so this felt even more special 🩷

So this happened today 🥺 in the 7 years I’ve had Rina she has never laid her head in my lap like this. It felt so special, and I am so honored to be loved like this by such a wonderful mare. 🤍
