Es wäre generell eine große Entlastung, wenn diese Jungwissenschafter mit eigens eingeworbenen Drittmitteln weiterarbeiten könnten.
Es ist eine heftige Geschichte. Jungen Forschern, die innovativ sind und auch mobil (Antarktis!), bleibt trotz allem nur die Befristung!.Rechtlich ist das natürlich gedeckt, menschlich ist das inakzeptabel. Und er ist nur einer von vielen …. #Kettenvertrag #ichbinHanna.
