Itโ€™s tomato time at the Food Science & Human Nutrition Pilot Processing Plant! ๐Ÿ… This week, the team made pizza sauce for campus dining halls, using tomatoes grown on the @UofIllinois Student Sustainable Farm. Leftover pulp will be used as compost on the farm. Full circle!
