I would attribute most of the auto immune issues I have had to toxins: mold, heavy metals, plastics, glyphosates, the list is endless. Toxins are everywhere

Not a huge fan of gut tests... Your microbiome changes so much its not really worth it, UNLESS you have something glaring like cdiff or a massive overgrowth. For most, taking stuff like zinc carnosine, butyrate, colostrum and maybe some peptides works great

Im convinced a lot of autoimmune can be attributed to environmental toxins like mold or heavy metals. Most of us have it, we all live in a toxic world. Car exhaust, moldy HVACs, factory farmed food, its everywhere
