It is NOT mathematically possible. Iraq’s M2 Money Supply is 170T. That’s up from 2T when Saddam was leader. If just 5% of that is Rv’ed into USD @ $3 per IQD that’s 8.4T USD required. The annual US budget is 6.7 T USD. Where will that USD com from again?
