I don't know that there is a specific solution to it, but in the same way that we talk about men being allies to women, I think it needs to be talked about more.

It bugs me, and I don't get it - somehow it feels worse when women don't support women. An issue in itself, but I wanted to recognise it, it is something I think about a lot, it feels like a bit of a taboo too! π€·πΎββοΈ

In all my advice and sharing of experiences, I'm kicking myself for not talking about women supporting women in the workplace. I've been SO lucky to have a positive experience with other women I've worked with throughout my career...but I know it's not the case for everyone.
