Working on Python and Rust side-by-side, I come to really appreciate how useful it is to have a compiler. Static analysis is great, but it can only go so far.

Compared to traditional interfaces and inheritance based languages, #rust trait is an interesting take on polymorphism. I don't know how I feel about it yet.
