đš Hot take: Prompt engineering is 90% hype. Most guides are useless. Hereâs the dead-simple system I use to get expert-level outputs in minutes:

The monthly paycheck is one of the most broken systems in modern life. You work 5 days. You earn $500. Then you wait 3 weeks to access your own money. Deel - a $17.3B company - just killed that system forever. Hereâs why âpaydayâ is about to disappear đ§”

Holy shit... Tencent researchers just killed fine-tuning AND reinforcement learning in one shot đł They call it Training-Free GRPO (Group Relative Policy Optimization). Instead of updating weights, the model literally learns from 'its own experiences' like an evolving memory

The next big fintech revolution isnât crypto. Itâs access. Deelâs Anytime Pay is killing the concept of payday forever and freeing workers from the paycheck-to-paycheck cycle once and for all. Learn more at
deel.com
Anytime Pay gives EOR employees fee-free access to a portion of their earned salary, on their terms. Fully integrated into Deel, itâs the first global on-demand pay solution built to support employee...

Fintech startups talk about âfinancial inclusion.â Deel just did it. They didnât reinvent money. They reinvented when you get it. And thatâs even bigger.

Hereâs the wild part: 78% of workers say theyâd struggle if their paycheck was delayed even one week. This one feature could help millions avoid debt instantly. Imagine how many late fees, payday loans, and stress spirals vanish overnight.

It sounds simple, but this took 4 years of secret development and $300M in funding to pull off. Deel already processes $22B+ in payroll annually across 160 countries. Theyâre using that same infrastructure to flip payroll upside down.

If youâve worked 4 days and earned $420⊠you can transfer it to your bank today. Tap â Transfer â Done. No middlemen. No loans. No âpayday.â

Deel - the global HR and payroll giant used by Nike, Shopify, and Reddit - just launched a fix. Itâs called Anytime Pay. It lets employees instantly withdraw the money theyâve already earned. No interest. No waiting. No stress.

That delay costs real money. - $14B+ in credit card late fees - $1T+ in payday loans - $75+ average in overdraft fees per worker All because payday timing doesnât match when bills are due.

Monthly paychecks were invented in the 1800s when accountants literally wrote checks by hand. It made sense then. It doesnât now. We have instant payments, real-time banking, and 24/7 everything⊠but workers still wait weeks to get paid for work already done.

Cross-domain? It transfers. Train on math problems â better at web search. Train on web search â still strong at reasoning. Frozen LLMs are learning generalized behaviors just from contextual âexperience updates.â This isnât fine-tuning. Itâs inference-time evolution. Read

This part blew my mind... It even improves tool use efficiency. After learning, the model made fewer calls to the code interpreter but got more right answers. Itâs literally learning when not to think out loud.

The results are ridiculous. On AIME24 & AIME25 math benchmarks: +4.0% to +5.4% accuracy Using only 100 examples Total cost: $18 Beating fine-tuned 32B models trained with $10,000+ Frozen model. Zero gradients. Still wins.

In regular GRPO, gradients update parameters. In Training-Free GRPO, the context updates instead. Each round: 1. Generate multiple rollouts 2. Compare them 3. Extract natural-language âlessonsâ 4. Add those to an experience library That experience library = the new brain.

Today, everyoneâs obsessed with fine-tuning and RLHF. But Tencent just showed you can replicate RL effects without touching model weights. Their secret? Semantic advantage. Instead of numeric rewards, the LLM explains why one output is better, and learns from that.
