How Awaken got our first users:. At first, we'd get ~1 user/day (cold DMing). Every time they had a problem. We'd look at it, fix it, and message them back in < 1hr. I did this 1, 2. 600 times the 1st tax season. That creates a lot of goodwill and leads to ~2 users/day.

Build in public time ❤️. I want to show people what a seasonal's biz growth looks like. Thinking about this (in public). 1) How do we gain more growth throughout the year?.2) Can we smooth out revenue throughout the year?. I have ideas for both. Ultimately I want to build the
