Ended 2024 with my reflection on daily admin hassles patients face daily in healthcare and a call for gen AI solutions to prioritize patients (rather than profits). I have many more thoughts than ~700 words allow, but hope it's a conversation starter.

I love this!
It's Cyber Monday, and all @KFF information is free. Actually, our policy research, polling, and news reporting (available at @KFFHealthNews) is always free. No paywalls, no subscription fees, etc. That's been a core principle for us.
