Mr Naveena, zonal billing @ACTFibernet telephonic conversations won't be accepted. If your company is denying to accept screenshot from your official app as proof. I need that in writing.

As a customer, I haven't defaulted a single payment. Yet, when it comes to refund, you want me behind you for months. @ACTFibernet Seems it's time for me to meet you in consumer court and show the judges how much your company cares for it's regularly paying customers.

Pathetic customer service by @ACTFibernet in Bengaluru. Struggling from > 1 month to get a wrong charge reversed. They are the reason why customers need to go to consumer court. Absolutely pathethic service.

Disappointing service by #bluedart courier. Ordered a phone on Sep 22 from #OnePlus store. No delivery received till now. Even worse, incorrect delivery status on their tracking page. Add to it, no response from the customer support team.
