@StanChartHelpIN I had raised a credit card xxxx7839 disputed transaction complaint for non-delivered goods on Jan 6. In a reply to your delayed acknowledgement mail, I had submitted all req document proof via mail twice -- 7 Jan 2025, 16:01 and 9 Jan 2025, 15:51. 1/n

CC officer arrogantly told "Check all means to pay dues". 1st time I missed to pay because of unreceived mail, message and reversal req too denied. Above all, & worst of them is, they never trusted that mails, messages never came. @ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank

My methodology is to check mails. If mails dont come I dont have dues. #ICICI messages too was missing. Received only overdue messages. Only after seeing them I paid outstanding in full. Isn't mistake on ICICI side too? #CreditCards #CustomerCare

Mails and messages were missing from ICICI. 1st time I missed to pay because of unreceived communications. Primary mistake on ICICI. I used to pay all dues in full everytime all these years. But request for reversal not heard at all. #CreditCards #ICICIBank

But my issue was never heard at all & my request for reversal of the charges were never heard too. The CC officer (41min call on April 27 at 1650 hrs) was arrogant enough to tell me reversal was not possible as I missed 2 calls earlier #CreditCards #ICICIBank

But I followed up and was trying to make your CC people register a complaint over the phone on April 26 and 27 about missing mails and messages because of which I was billed ₹11,549 as late payment and Interest charges. #CustomerSupport #ICICIBank

But as soon as I noticed overdue message, I paid full amount. Registered on April 5 with CC over mobile that I didn't pay because mail and message not received. They failed to believe me. I still paid full outstanding. #CreditCard #CustomerServiceFail

@cmrlofficial Interval between Metro trains starting from St.Thomas Mt was changed from 10 to 12 min. But ever since then connectivity at Alandur is bad. For eg. Metro trains at Alandur towards Mount in 2nd Floor and towards Airport in 1st Floor arrive @6:57 pm. 1/2

@cmrlofficial Passengers arriving @6.57 in 1st floor wait for 18 min for next Mount train, on a Sunday. Even on other days, trains arrive at same time in Alandur, and actual connectivity is lost. People from 1st floor rush to 2nd floor now-a-days, but Mount train is gone. 2/2

@flipkartsupport Finally ₹1,900 was offered instead of ₹3,300. Raised issue with customer care, but issue being closed as "resolved" without any explanation. Absolute cheating — hyping too much in exchange rate and offering only meagre value. Really #UnfairTradePractice. 3/3

@flipkartsupport Phone was in perfect condition. No technical, crack, dent, screen or network or any other issue. Challenged to raise any issue, he kept on saying “screen may come out soon” (pressing it as hard as he can, that is not even easily visible). 2/3
