We must treat the individual and the disease with a holistic, evidence based, medical approach which includes but is not limited to physical activity alongside nutritional guidance and support, stress and sleep management, medical intervention and other lifestyle changes.

However, we believe that while physical activity is crucial, that it is not the whole picture. Obesity is a complex disease that requires a comprehensive approach. Simply moving more and eating less is not enough.
