This year, over 700 individuals aged 60+ came together at the Better Club Games to compete in a variety of sports, from walking netball to darts. Sport has the power to bring people together and the games prove just that. Congratulations to the reigning champions, Epsom & Ewell!

In the latest push by the NHS to find cancer earlier, we’ve joined forces with @NHSEngland to reflect an important reminder. From today, stickers featuring the message 'Check You Out' will appear on mirrors in over 240 gyms and leisure centres and 76 libraries in England.
