Labour MP asking voters how to solve housing crisis!? But hasn't he been told that his Govt and party has found the answer - build, baby, build (more unaffordable houses), bash the blockers and boost developers' and landlords profits

More fields about to go at PZ? Although it'll have 'green infrastructure' the 140 houses won't do much for whatever lives in those woods. The Essex-based developers and Bristol architects promise 'affordable' housing numbers will be 'policy-complaint'.

Remove the indigenous population to make way for high-end resorts and a property developers' free-for-all? There seems to be something strangely familiar about Trump's 'plan' for Gaza. If only I could put my finger on it.

Cornwall Council's united stance rejecting devonwall already begins to fray as 12 Tories (out of 43) and 3 Labour (out of 5) either vote against Cornwall-only devolution or abstain.

On paper, the UK’s emissions reductions look strong compared to other nations. But once we include all the manufacturing we've offshored and the ✈ and 🛳️ we ignore, our total carbon footprint has dropped by just 0.6% a year. Nowhere near enough for the crisis we face.

Denialism or distraction? Cornwall Council's 'Forest for Cornwall' gets uncritical media attention but the facts prove that it doesn't get to the roots of the crisis.

How the steady erosion of Cornish landscapes works. 1. Allow 34% of housing (over 1,600 houses) to be lost to holiday lets and 2nd homes 2. Put claimed 'affordable' housing on edge of town far from facilities 3. Guarantee no cllr will dare oppose
