Resource centres at the destinations help migrants access various services. It would be ideal to keep the location and timing of such centres convenient to them. CMID's centres operate from 1.30pm to 9.30pm and follow a corridor approach in partnership with @GramVikasIN.
Enrolling in social security schemes, opening bank accounts, learning to use UPI or watching Cricket, Bandhu Shramik Seva Kendras, CMID’s resource centres provide information/services to migrants in Kochi. Currently CMID operates two centres in partnership with @GramVikasIN

There are only limited (and handful) interventions on housing/shelter which does not even provide enough experience/lessons for policy recommendations on ideal housing for migrant workers in India.
Migrant workers, the majority in India's urban workforce, grapple with housing challenges—often residing in open spaces like road pavements and under flyovers. There's a lack of access to WASH facilities, and women and girls face these challenges along with safety concerns. #cmid
