I met George Takei WAY back in the early 90s at a Star Trek convention in Philly. It was a brief encounter that I didn’t fully appreciate at the time. So being able to meet George at #SDCC225 and have him sign his new book was amazing. He was everything you’d want him to be.

This #StarTrekDay is a bit more somber for me this year. My wonderful stepmom passed away last week. She loved that I got to work on #StarTrekPicard and gave me so much love and support. I’ll never forget her laughter, her compassion, or her empathy for others. #LLAP

What more can be said about the legendary @chicagotheband! 57 years and still incredible in concert. I got to see them with my dad who is a lifelong fan. What a special night with @EarthWindFire!

My dad flew 3000 miles previously to see Chicago in LA, so it was my turn to fly out to NJ. Time for some Heart and Soul!

I’m still going through my photos from San Diego Comic-Con this past weekend. One of my favorite moments was meeting @bryanleeomalley and getting him to sign my “Scott Pilgrim” Vol 1. He was so sweet and made it out to me and @littlecrane. What an unforgettable experience. #sdcc

After last night’s screening of #DeadpoolAndWolverine in Hall H at #SDCC, the entire crowd of 6,500 stood and cheered. It was an epic moment, and it filled my heart with a huge collective joy. #NoSpoilers #LFG

I may have had to wait over 2.5 hours despite having a digital reservation for Hall H, but I’ll be damned if watching #DeadpoolAndWolverine with the guys who made this possible wasn’t one of my favorite #SDCC moments ever. Hot damn. Do yourself a favor and hide from spoilers!

There’s only a few things I’ll wake up before 5am for: fishing, Disneyland, and Comic-Con!!! Can’t wait to discover what adventures await within! #sdcc #SanDiegoComicCon
