I do not have high hopes for us, but Bruce and I are hopeful we’ll find a way to push back and figure out a way to change these abhorrent behaviours and everybody will recognize that we’re all human beings deserving of kindness— even when emotions get the better of us.

To know where we’re headed as a society, observe how people treat retail and customer service workers. Swearing, personal attacks, name calling, huge entitlement, and total disrespect. These were always things that happened, but the frequency has been off the charts.

I'm on meds for high blood pressure. My doc wants me on cholesterol meds. I'm working on both metrics through diet and exercise. I have heart disease in my family. But in all of this, why hasn't my doctor suggested this test in the first place? (thanks @fnthawar)

canadian ministers and deputy ministers should have to do a monthly 1 hour livestream of them attempting to use their ministry websites for the core functions they are accountable for. same for mayors and premiers. also a quarterly 1 day shift on call centre response. this

I’m staying at Ashford Castle in Ireland. It’s a beautiful venue. The Wi-Fi has also been amazing… and when I poked around my room, I know why— it’s powered by @ruckusnetworks. Excellent.
