Volleyball: . From 6-26 to 18-11 last season. Williamsburg strives to continue its rise this season, returning a lot of experience highlighted by the Suhr sisters.

Football:. Iowa Valley's offense scored 79 touchdowns last season and return plenty of speed and quarterback Nolan Kriegel this season. The Tigers now aim to improve their passing attack in the hopes of elevating their offense to another level.
