Very disappointed by this Governmental decision on @NDRC_hq, it will cause unwanted consequences for the Irish Technology Ecosystem. Pat says it very well here, and as an alumni of the programme I know exactly what supports and drivers it created for entrepreneurial endeavours.
In a period where seed money has dried up totally and the venture market is in decline in Ireland this decision makes absolutely zero sense from the government .I'm just bamboozled by it especially when our European partners are leaning into this model.
