@AmericanAir To be made to feel like I’m the bad guy, after your steward nearly induced a medical emergency. For an airline who professes to focus on customer safety, it shows a jaw-dropping insensitivity to health and safety issues.

@AmericanAir If you don’t want to deal with customers in a panic, maybe don’t serve them something that can kill them, without telling them… Literally never had a worse flight customer experience, in over 1m miles flown.

Instead, asks if I want a other drink! Then, five minutes later, I get pulled off the plane, to be told I was “disruptive” because of how I spoke to him, and if there was another “incident” I’d have to get off. Feel like I’m taking crazy pills.

He says: “watermelon” and I started to freak out more. I tell him: “I’m allergic. You need to tell people if you’re going to serve them something they didn’t ask for.” No apology, doesn’t even ask if I’m okay or if I need medical assistance.
