What are the *actually* incredible shows that would be worth a watch once a week? Because I am completely out of the habit of watching any TV series and all of it seems like a waste of time.
@BenjaminABoyce Not really. If you watch hours of TV a night, sure, go for it. I watch about 4hrs a week and felt I wasted my time

i really don't understand the endless retweets because anybody actually using this platform to connect with folks has retweets hidden. I don't have a blanket rule like @wrowclif and @rabcyr_alt because i leave them on for a select few who share RT great things judiciously

Put the kids to work on cutting siding boards while I ripped the old paneling to ~1x6s. Ready to go but I don’t have the fasteners I need

Framed up a firewood shed today using all scrap boards. Will side it on three sides with cast off wood paneling and use some leftover metal roofing on the top

I’ve got a crunchy wife who has steadily moved my clothing to 100% natural fibers over the years. It never mattered to me but now my skin literally bristles at the feel of synthetics. Similar thing w seed oils- most of my longstanding digestive issues went away. She’s a smartie.

Just finished Manzoni’s remarkable book, “The Betrothed.” Adventure, plague, despicable & noble characters, redemption, forgiveness, charity. It’s not just the narrative, but the history and all the side stories woven into the tale. 10/10. Thanks to @bgcts for recommending!
