I have been vegetarian for 4 years now (can I just shock you?) but I’ve gone back and looked at this photo a good 3-5 times over the past day, it looks incredible. Belzan is the best.

We had hundreds of covers of cancellations last December due to restrictions and had to close NYE with zero notice. That party had more people at it than we can fit in our restaurant.

Running this absolute banger of a tasting me u throughout December. The dishes feature things like treacle cured venison, scallops & chanterelles, a mulled pear & blue cheese tart, mince pice butter, chocolate mousse. So yeah, just a bit delicious.
